Welcome to the ZW Black VIP Card registration and membership platform. By registering for or reserving a ZW
Black VIP Card, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration and Card Reservation
By submitting the registration form, you are requesting to reserve or order a ZW Black VIP Card.
Submission of the registration form does not constitute payment, automatic membership approval, or card
activation.
All information submitted must be complete, accurate, and truthful. ZW Black VIP may contact you to verify
the information provided.
2. OTP Verification
A mobile OTP may be required to verify the registered mobile number.
Successful OTP verification only confirms ownership or access to the registered mobile number. It does not
automatically approve the registration.
3. Admin Verification
After OTP verification, the registration may be placed under: Pending Admin Confirmation
An authorized representative may contact the applicant through the registered contact information to verify
the registration details.
ZW Black VIP reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional verification when necessary.
4. Payment
Payment is required only after the card order/reservation has been confirmed and payment instructions have
been provided.
The applicable card price is currently:
- ZenWorld Black Card Plus — ₱3,599 one-time payment (boosted ZenBoost account, Happy Homes access)
Any delivery, pickup, or other applicable charges will be communicated before payment.
Payment does not automatically mean that the card is activated. Payment must first be verified by the
authorized administrator.
5. Card Issuance and Activation
Once the registration and payment have been confirmed, the card may proceed to preparation and delivery or
pickup.
A card may have a unique serial number assigned to the member.
Delivery of the physical card does not necessarily mean that the membership has been activated.
Activation may require completion of the applicable orientation, verification, or training process.
6. Serial Number and Queue
Each approved card may be assigned a unique serial number.
Where applicable, the serial number may determine the member's position within the applicable queue or
reward cycle.
Queue positions, batches, schedules, and reward processing may be subject to system rules, available slots,
and applicable program conditions.
7. Cashback and Rewards
Eligible members may receive cashback or rewards according to the applicable ZW Black VIP program rules.
The currently stated program structure provides for:
- Loyalty Purchase: up to ₱1,800 eligible purchase → up to ₱900 cashback
- Essentials Purchase: up to ₱1,800 eligible purchase → up to ₱900 cashback
Actual eligibility, timing, qualifying merchants, transactions, and reward processing are subject to the
program rules and verification requirements.
Cashback is not automatically guaranteed for every transaction unless the transaction meets the applicable
program requirements.
8. Reward Cycle and Re-entry
The ZW Black VIP program may include an automated reward cycle and re-entry mechanism.
Where applicable, a ₱534 re-entry allocation may be applied according to the program rules.
Re-entry, queue placement, reward timing, and cycle processing are subject to the applicable system rules
and available program funding.
9. Merchant Purchases
Cashback and other benefits may only apply to eligible transactions made through participating or
authorized merchants and services.
ZW Black VIP does not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, or continued participation of any
particular merchant.
10. Referral and EMS Rewards
Where the referral/EMS program is available, commissions or rewards are subject to the applicable
compensation rules, qualification requirements, verification, and program policies.
Referral rewards are not guaranteed solely by registering or referring another person.
11. Account Security
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, OTPs, and account
information.
You should never share your password or OTP with another person.
Notify the administrator immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
12. Prohibited Activities
Members must not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Submit fraudulent documents or payment information
- Create duplicate or unauthorized accounts
- Manipulate the queue or reward system
- Use another person's identity or account
- Attempt to exploit system errors
- Engage in fraudulent transactions or activities
Violation of these rules may result in suspension, rejection, or termination of the account, subject to
applicable law and company procedures.
13. Changes to the Program
ZW Black VIP may update its program rules, participating merchants, procedures, schedules, or system
features when necessary.
Material changes should be communicated through appropriate member notifications or updated terms.
14. Limitation and Disclaimer
Program benefits, cashback, rewards, queue processing, and re-entry are subject to the applicable program
rules and requirements.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular amount of income, profit,
savings, or financial return.
15. Acceptance
By checking the Terms & Conditions checkbox and submitting the registration form, you confirm that you
have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and that the information you provided is
true and accurate.

3. Verification Calls
An authorized representative may contact you using the information you provided during registration to
verify your registration and related details.
Information obtained during verification may be recorded as part of your membership and verification
records.
4. Payment Information
Payment information submitted through the system will be used for payment verification and transaction
processing.
Where third-party payment providers are used, their own privacy policies and security practices may also
apply.
We do not ask members to provide passwords, OTPs, or other confidential authentication credentials to an
administrator.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share necessary information with authorized parties when reasonably required to provide our
services, including:
- Authorized employees or administrators
- Payment service providers
- Delivery/courier providers
- Authorized partner merchants or service providers
- Technology and hosting service providers
- Government authorities or other parties when legally required
We do not sell personal information merely for advertising purposes.
6. Data Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards will be used to protect personal
information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

agreement.
